Imperium already has two class A multifamily communities under development in Georgia: Walker’s Ridge Apartments (240 units) in Cartersville and South Davis Apartments (300 units) in LaGrange. These markets, which are supported by strong long-term demographic and employment fundamentals, are poised to benefit from the high-quality market-rate product that Imperium plans to deliver in 2024.
