Montecito Medical acquires another medical office property in North Carolina
Montecito Medical has acquired an 11,515-square-foot medical building in Chapel Hill, N.C.
The two-story building is fully occupied and tenanted to the UNC Physicians Network — part of UNC Health — which uses the property as an internal medicine clinic.
“We are thrilled to acquire this outstanding medical property and to be part of a long-term relationship with providers who represent one of the region’s most respected names in healthcare,” said Rus Gudnyy, senior vice president of investments at Montecito Medical.
UNC Health is one of the nation’s leading academic healthcare systems, with more than 33,000 employees providing care to patients in all the state’s 100 counties through its 11 hospitals and hundreds of clinical practices.
“We are pleased to continue to expand our presence in North Carolina with this strategic acquisition in one of the nation’s fastest-growing population centers,” said Chip Conk, CEO at Montecito Medical.
