MG Properties Group acquires Bay Area family community

MG Properties Group, a private San Diego-based real estate investor and operator, has acquired Maris at Martinez, formerly known as Terra Martinez, located in California’s East Bay.

The financial terms and the seller were not disclosed.

Located in the East Bay hills, this 168-unit community offers an ideal location off State Route 4, connecting it to shopping, dining, and recreation options. The strong hybrid work environment makes Martinez a viable option for Bay Area commuters.
