by Released

Mesa West Capital has provided a $404 million floating-rate loan for RXR Realty’s office tower at 32 Old Slip in downtown Manhattan.

The 36-story, 1.15-million-square-foot office building in the Financial District is more than 90 percent leased. RXR is currently renovating the building. Major tenants include Cahill Gordon & Reindel, DAIWA Securities, the U.S. Census Bureau and Tradition Financial Services.

A portion of the proceeds from Mesa West’s loan will be used for tenant installation costs, reported Commercial Observer.
