MDH Partners has acquired Kyle 35 Logistics Park, a newly constructed 1,392,379-square-foot industrial park in Kyle, Texas, located in the rapidly growing corridor between Austin and San Antonio.
JLL represented the seller, Alliance Industrial Company.
