Marty Burger, formerly the CEO of Silverstein Properties, has launched his own company, Infinity Global Real Estate Partners, as reported by Bloomberg Law.
The firm will focus on office-to-residential conversions in New York City and other markets, as well as acquisitions, financing and fund management across the United States.
Burger will lead the firm as CEO, and Andrew Farkas will be a partner. Farkas is the founder, chairman and CEO of Island Capital Group.
Burger had worked for Silverstein since 2010 and became CEO in 2012. In October 2023, Lisa Silverstein, Larry Silverstein’s daughter, replaced Burger as the company’s CEO.
