Marathon Asset Management has hired UBS PFG for its dedicated tactical solutions vehicle focused on real estate, IREI has learned.
Marathon Asset Management’s Joseph Griffin, head of U.S. real estate, and Jonathan Glass, managing director, will be working with UBS PFG’s Michael Tussie, who leads real asset institutional capital raising for the Americas.
The vehicle will focus on market dislocation opportunities and raise up to $1 billion.
