Madison Capital Markets has appointed Jeff Kremin as president and Lee Bastidas as executive president, national accounts.
Both Kremin and Bastidas were at Pacific Oak Capital Markets from 2018 to 2025, where Kremin served as president and managing director of distribution, and Bastidas served as director of national accounts.
With more than 30 years in the industry, Kremin also served as senior vice president and divisional sales manager for KBS Capital Markets Group for nearly 13 years. Before Pacific Oak, Bastidas served as vice president of national accounts at KBS Capital Markets Group for nearly 9 years.
Kremin attended the University of Michigan and Bastidas holds a B.A. in political science and government from Providence College.
