Lovett Industrial, a Houston-based industrial real estate investment and development firm, announced a joint venture with NewQuest to develop Seguin Exchange Commerce Park, a 164-acre class A industrial campus located at the highly visible northwest corner of Interstate 10 and State Highway 46 in Seguin, Texas.
The project is part of NewQuest’s 544-acre Seguin Exchange, a transformative mixed-use development that will include retail, restaurant, entertainment, hospitality, medical, multifamily and industrial uses. The shopping center anchoring the project will encompass more than 750,000 square feet. The integration of large-scale industrial development with a retail and commercial environment will create a unique live-work-serve ecosystem unlike that of traditional industrial parks.
