Lovett Industrial, Cresset Partners break ground on 1.2msf logistics center near Houston

Lovett Industrial and Cresset Partners have broken ground on NorthPort Logistics Center, a 1.2 million-square-foot, class A logistics facility on approximately 75 acres of land located within Conroe Business Park in Conroe, Texas, about 40 miles north of Houston.
