Anouska Ramsay has joined LGPS Central as its new chief people officer.
Ramsay is coming to LGPS Central after working at Santander for more than three years as its HR director, culture & capability. Prior to that, Ramsay held positions at Capgemini, Capital One Bank and ATA Group.
“We are thrilled to welcome Anouska to our team as chief people officer,” said Joanne Segars, chair of the board at LGPS Central. “Her extensive experience in HR leadership and her commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture make her an invaluable addition to our organization.”
Ramsay earned her bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Dundee and her master’s in occupational psychology from Cardiff University.
