A partnership among an affiliate of LaSalle’s Income & Growth value-add fund series, Ferncroft Capital, Redan Group and Blackmount Real Estate Partners has sold Restoration Hardware (RH) Atlanta, an iconic, 63,831-square-foot, single-tenant retail building leased on a long-term basis to Restoration Hardware in the heart of Atlanta’s Buckhead area.
The new owner was not disclosed; however, the sales price was $50 million.
Restoration Hardware has occupied the building since it was constructed in 2014. RH Atlanta is on 1.58 acres in Buckhead, Atlanta’s most sought-after submarket and one of the most affluent submarkets in the Southeast. The generational asset is located at 3030 Peachtree Road NW with frontage and signalized access on Peachtree Road, which is the most prominent thoroughfare in Atlanta with nearly 60,000 vehicles passing by the property daily.
