Henry Kravis, the billionaire co-founder of private equity giant KKR, has plans to place his luxurious Colorado ranch on the market for $46 million, according to The Wall Street Journal.
Known as Westlands, the roughly 4,600-acre property is over 20 miles southeast of the town of Meeker, and more than an hour’s drive from the resort communities of Aspen and Vail.
Kravis bought his property for about $5.5 million in 1991.
Kravis founded KKR in the late 1970s, and has an estimated personal net worth of approximately $5.3 billion, according to Forbes.
