Kidder Matthews hires Dave Carder as senior vice president

Dave Carder has joined Kidder Mathews’ Phoenix office as a senior vice president.

Carder brings over 27 years of experience working with tenants and landlords to facilitate leases, acquisitions and sales of commercial properties in Greater Phoenix. He has successfully completed over $1 billion in transactions, totaling more than 12 million square feet. His transactions have included properties associated with companies such as Blackrock, Bank of America, Bow River Capital, Hines, Invesco, Lincoln Life, Lincoln Property Company, Sound Point Capital, Verizon Wireless, Arizona State University and Harvard Investments.
