Kayne Anderson Real Estate has acquired Resia Old Cutler, a 390-unit garden-style apartment community from Resia, a housing platform specializing in the development, construction and management of multifamily communities across the United States.
As part of the sale, Resia will continue to serve as property manager for Resia Old Cutler, maintaining its role in overseeing day-to-day operations.
Resia Old Cutler, completed in 2023, is located at 22555 SW 107th Avenue in southeast Miami-Dade County, Fla. The community offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, along with premium amenities such as ample parking, a multipurpose room, a fitness center, a children’s play area and a swimming pool. It is located near Florida’s Turnpike, Miami International Airport and local attractions like Zoo Miami.
