A joint venture between Mountain Capital Partners (MCP) and New Earth Equities (NEE) has acquired Harbour Court, a 99-unit apartment community in Portland, Ore. A sales price was not disclosed.
JLL Capital Markets represented the seller, Harbour Court Owner, an affiliate of the ConAm Group.
