JLL Capital Markets announced the sale of five industrial properties totaling 2.9 million square feet across three separate transactions valued at $282.65 million. The dispositions included a three-property Southeast portfolio, a mission-critical production facility in North Carolina, and a specialized delivery center in the Chicago metropolitan area.
EQT Real Estate acquired the Sunbelt Bulk Three-Pack, and a publicly traded REIT acquired both the Winston-Salem production facility and the Arlington Heights delivery center.
The three-property portfolio encompasses 2.4 million square feet of fully occupied class A distribution facilities strategically positioned across Tampa, Fla.; Jacksonville, Fla.; and Savannah, Ga. Built in 2015 on average, the properties feature institutional-grade specifications including 34-foot average clear height and extensive dock configurations. The Tampa facility spans 605,412 square feet in the Lakeland submarket, while the Jacksonville pr
