JLL Capital Markets announced that it has closed the $110.25 million sale of 84 Zions View Road, a class-A warehouse/distribution property totaling 1 million square feet in Manchester, Pa.
Completed in 2019, the cross-dock distribution facility is fully air conditioned and features 36-foot clear heights, three drive-in doors, 88 dock doors, 126 trailer stalls and 455 parking spaces. 84 Zions View Road is 100 percent leased at the time of sale.
Positioned on 102 acres in the heart of the Central Pennsylvania Industrial market, 84 Zions View Road is located off Interstate 83 just north of York, Penn., connecting to I-76, I-81 and the region’s highway network. This accessibility allows tenants to reach 40 percent of the U.S. population and 50 percent of all Canadian consumers within a day’s drive.
