IFC Wealth Management has appointed financial services industry veteran James “Jim” Hays as executive chairman at IFC, where he will broaden client outcomes and expand the firm’s strategic vision.
Hays has decades of experience in the wealth management industry, where he most recently served as president and CEO of Wells Fargo Advisors and led the wealth and investment management client relationship group. Before joining Wells Fargo, Hays served as head of the private banking and investment group at Merrill Lynch.
Hays holds a B.S. in commerce and finance from the University of Virginia.
