Janus Henderson survey finds more investors concerned about 2024 U.S. presidential election than rising rates or potential recession

About 49 percent of investors surveyed are very concerned about the impact the 2024 U.S. presidential election will have on their finances, according to Janus Henderson Investors in its Investor Survey: Insights for a Brighter Future.

Other investment concerns include persistent inflation (35 percent), risk of recession (29 percent), rising interest rates (27 percent) and poor stock market performance (20 percent).

The survey was conducted among 1,000 mass affluent and high-net-worth investors with $250,000 or more in investable assets to understand their mindset amid a challenging political climate, volatile market, and unsettled economic environment.
