The gilded Utah hills served as a backdrop to IREI’s 2021 Springboard event, which took place Oct. 6–8 at the Stein Eriksen Lodge Deer Valley, nestled at the base of a ski resort in Park City. The event attracted nearly 100 institutional real estate professionals who were hand-picked to attend, many for the first time.
Springboard is IREI’s exclusive, invitation-only annual gathering of the next generation of leaders in the institutional real estate community. In order to attend, professionals must be nominated by senior executives of their organization for having exceptional leadership potential.
This year’s event was jam-packed with roundtable discussions and mentor sessions, specially designed to foster relationship-building and networking, with a focus on discussions about the future of real estate trends. T
