Institutional Real Estate, Inc. (IREI) has announced the appointment of Alistair T.H. Smith, BSc, FRICS, as managing director, EMEA, effective July 20.
In this newly created role, Smith will lead IREI’s European market development, deepen the firm’s relationships with institutional investors, investment managers, and real estate professionals across the United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East, and strengthen the editorial and intelligence services that IREI provides to its European readership.
Smith brings to the role a distinguished career building and leading institutional real estate investment functions at the highest levels of the European market.
