As macroeconomic stability returns investors are showing renewed confidence in private markets, particularly alternative sectors. Supported by demographic-driven demand, structural undersupply, and resilient performance through recent downturns, sectors such as rented residential, student housing, senior living, and self-storage are increasingly favored.
