The portfolio features a 98 percent occupancy across 19 tenants spanning industries including ecommerce, logistics and distribution, automotive, manufacturing and food production. The assets average 71,292 square feet, have a weighted average clear height of 25 feet, and were built in 1997 on average. The portfolio offers a balanced mix of single-tenant, two-tenant and multi-tenant buildings with suite sizes ranging from approximately 5,000 square feet to 58,000 square feet.
The portfolio is located adjacent to Bradley International Airport and spans East Granby, Windsor and Bloomfield.
