IHP Capital Partners and Berkeley Homes, a Colorado-based homebuilder, have formed a joint venture for the acquisition and development of 43 single-family lots within the Painted Prairie masterplan in Aurora, Colo. The joint venture purchased the lots in “finished” condition and plans to begin home construction in first quarter 2022. Home sales are anticipated to begin fourth quarter 2022.
