IDS Real Estate group has purchased the industrial buildings at 3407 and 3411 N. Perris Blvd. in Perris, Calif., reported CoStar.
The seller was Double Run, and the sales price was approximately $21.52 million. The sale included 10 acres of excess land.
The 156,768-square-foot manufacturing building sits on 9.8 acres.
Perris, Calif., is a submarket of Riverside, which is part of the Inland Empire market.
More than 4.5 million square feet of industrial property changed hands in Southern California during the first quarter 2020, reported Avison Young. The largest sale of the quarter was the 1.6 million-square-foot distribution center at 5600 E. Airport Drive in Ontario, Calif., sitting on 95 acres of land. To read the full report, click here.
