Humphreys Capital launches real estate income fund

Oklahoma City–based Humphreys Capital has reopened its Humphreys Real Estate Income Fund (HREIF) to investors.

Launched in 2012, the fund focuses on multifamily, industrial, office and retail sectors in high-growth cities across the southeastern and southwestern United States. The fund has a portfolio of 71 properties across 15 states, valued at more than $670 million.

The minimum initial investment for the fund is $500,000.

“We believe gateway markets like New York City, San Francisco and Chicago present limited upside potential over the near term,” said Grant Humphreys, president of Humphreys Capital. “Our target cities, including Denver, Dallas and Raleigh, have been among the fastest-growing urban economies in the country. By focusing on these markets, we’ve been able to create solid value and strong risk-adjusted returns for our investors.”
