Hightower Advisors, a wealth management firm, has announced that Randy Bullard will join as the head of investment management. In his newly created role, Bullard will lead the development of Hightower’s first centralized investment management platform. Most recently, Bullard served as the global head of wealth at State Street.
The platform will leverage institutional research and investment counsel from NEPC, a consulting firm, which Hightower acquired a majority ownership position in earlier this year. The platform also will integrate specific insights and perspectives from Hightower’s investment solutions team, led by chief investment strategist and portfolio manager Stephanie Link.
The new platform will be available to all Hightower adviser practices, providing a resource for advisors to streamline investment management and focus more time on serving the increasing demands of clients.
