High Street Residential breaks ground on first residential community in Seattle

High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, has broken ground on Corner 63, a 139-unit residential community in Seattle. The seven-story transit-oriented development, located in Seattle’s Roosevelt submarket, is expected to be complete in spring of 2023 and is being developed by a joint venture between HSR and a MetLife Investment Management client.

Corner 63 will be comprised of a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units, with select units offering balconies and patios. Residents will have access to an expansive amenity collection, including a co-working space, a fitness center, a club room, a bike repair facility, a pet spa and secure subterranean garage parking. Outdoor amenities will include a ground-floor courtyard connected to the lobby and club room, a dog walk, and an expansive rooftop deck with barbeque grills and firepit.
