Harrison Street has announced the sale of three medical office properties in Washington state.
The transaction includes the following properties:
Evergreen Bothell, a 14,886-square-foot primary care clinic in Bothell, Wash.
Evergreen Totem Lake, a 16,198-square-foot primary care clinic in Kirkland, Wash.
Sky River, a 48,803-square-foot primary care clinic in Monroe, Wash.
