Harridge Development Group, Silverpeak JV to develop mixed-use development in Granada Hills, Calif.

A joint venture between Harridge Development Group, Silverpeak Real Estate Partners and Atalaya Capital has plans for a mixed-use development comprising multifamily and single-family rental units located in Granada Hills, Calif.

Recently, Madison Realty Capital originated a $91 million construction loan.

Located at 16225 San Fernando Mission Boulevard in Granada Hills, the site is pla
