Hamilton Zanze, a San Francisco-based multifamily real estate investment firm, announced that it has sold Tresa at Arrowhead, a 360-unit, garden-style community in Glendale, Ariz. The firm sponsored the acquisition of the property in May 2016 and closed the disposition Feb. 26.
