Halstatt Real Estate completes Miami Beach hotel

by Released

Halstatt Real Estate Partners has delivered a 71-room hotel in Miami Beach’s Faena District.

Palihouse Miami Beach was repurposed in partnership with local development firms, Scott Robins Companies, RB Green Companies, and Los Angeles–based boutique hotel operator Palisociety.

“The Paligroup design team incorporated a bold blend of classic and contemporary design and art while updating the 1940 Art Deco structure with state-of-the-art amenities, dining, bars and beautiful oversized residential-style rooms,” said Katie Sproul, CEO of Halstatt. “We are excited to welcome our first guests and become part of the vibrant Miami Beach community.”

Originally the Greenbrier Hotel, established in the 1940s, Palihouse Miami Beach is located on the Indian Creek Waterway in a newly restored Art Deco building two blocks from the ocean and shopping, restaurants, arts and culture-focused destinations.

Within the property is Greenbrier Swim & Social, a collection of all-day food and drink gathering spots, including a creek-front patio, lobby lounge, liquor bar and outdoor pool area. Hotel guests will also have access to the complimentary Palihouse Miami Beach “Beach Butler” service, which includes roundtrip transportation to the best local beaches via a custom convertible electric Moke and umbrellas, beach chair and towel set-up for the day.

“Palihouse Miami Beach is our debut property on the East Coast and brings our vision for a unique beach lodge concept to life with a personality unlike any other in the city,” said Avi Brosh, founder of Palisociety.

Halstatt Real Estate Partners targets value-add and opportunistic real estate projects throughout the Florida market.
