Griffin Institutional Access Real Estate Fund generates highest quarterly return since inception

Griffin Capital Co. announced that, in the second quarter of 2021, Griffin Institutional Access Real Estate Fund generated its highest quarterly return since inception.

The fund’s Class I shares (NASDAQ: GRIFX) delivered a 5.1 percent total return in the second quarter, bringing the fund’s trailing one-year total return to 13.39 percent, as of June 30, 2021.
