Griffin Capital Co., a private real estate investment manager, has announced that Griffin Capital Tulsa BTR DST is fully subscribed after raising approximately $23.5 million of equity. The trust owns Meadow + Main, a 138-unit purpose-built, build-to-rent community completed in 2023 and located in Jenks, Okla., within the Tulsa metropolitan area. Situated on 15.6 acres, the community consists of homes with private fenced yards, 10-foot ceilings, and in-unit washers and dryers. Residents also enjoy a resort-style pool, fitness center, clubhouse, dog park, playground and a scenic pond with walking trails.
This acquisition marked Griffin’s expansion into the build-to-rent sector, which gives residents the space and privacy of a single-family home with the services and amenity base of a professionally managed community.
