The board of directors of Griffin-American Healthcare REIT III has decided to prioritize the preservation of capital by suspending the company’s monthly investor distribution payments completely after the payment of the May 2020 distribution paid on June 1, 2020. The board is also suspending the company’s Distribution Reinvestment Plan and Share Repurchase Plan with respect to all repurchase requests.
