Jeremy Senderowicz has joined Goodwin’s financial services practice, in the investment management group, as a partner resident in the New York office.
Senderowicz focuses on advising registered investment companies, private funds, their investment advisors, and independent board members on a variety of matters relating to the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, and other securities laws. He has advised numerous clients regarding a wide variety of issues in building out their alternative fund project lines, including reorganizations and board matters.
