Goodman Group has acquired a 45.8-acre infill property strategically located in San Jose – the epicenter of Silicon Valley and the world’s fifth-largest data center market.
Surrounded by the headquarters of global tech giants, the site will be an integrated campus combining high-value data centers with advanced manufacturing warehouse space. It will feature two state-of-the-art data centers totaling approximately 414,000 square feet with up to 97.3 megawatts of available power by 2028, creating a precinct that supports Silicon Valley’s digital and industrial innovation.
The property now has two research-and-development (R&D) buildings totaling 500,349 square feet available for lease from October 2026. The estate will be renamed Goodman Innovation Center San Jose to reflect its new mixed-use purpose.
