Gilbane Development unveiled MXWL (pronounced Maxwell), a transformative purpose-built student housing community set to redefine student living at the University of Kentucky. Located at 201 East Maxwell St., the 277-unit, 655-bed community is slated to open in fall 2027, offering convenience, comfort and a deep connection to the traditions of Lexington.
