MAI Capital Management has acquired Garrison Asset Management.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Fayetteville, Ark., Garrison helps individuals, families, and organizations build wealth and create multi-generational financial legacies. Kerry Bradley, president and equity portfolio manager, and James Bell, vice president and equity portfolio manager, became the firm’s owners in 2017. Under their leadership, the firm has become a trusted advisor across portfolio management and wealth planning for both individuals and institutions. The firm had $317 million in client assets under management as of Sept. 30, 2024.
Garrison will adopt MAI’s brand identity and receive its internal infrastructure, including HR, operations, and marketing resources. As part of MAI, Garrison owners Bradley and Bell will take on the titles of senior portfolio managers.
