Focus Financial Partners network firm Badgley Phelps expands with acquisition of Marshall & Sullivan

Focus Financial Partners, an interdependent partnership of wealth management, business management and related financial services firms, has announced that its network firm Badgley Phelps Wealth Managers will acquire Marshall & Sullivan, in a transaction expected to close in fourth quarter 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.

Marshall & Sullivan is expected to add approximately $439 million, measured as of June 30, 2025, to Badgley Phelps’ existing assets under management (AUM), bringing the combined firm to $6.6 billion in AUM.

Based in Seattle, Badgley Phelps provides customized financial planning and investment management services to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. They specialize in managing portfolios containing individual equities, fixed-income securities, and alternatives.
