Esperanza Capital Partners (ECP) has formed its inaugural energy investment platform alongside Cockrell Interests, targeting the acquisition of high-quality energy and infrastructure assets located in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico (GOM).
ECP is focused on assets that provide investors with current cash flow yield as well as providing creative solutions to current basin incumbents looking for a transition, a strategic or operating partner or a flexible capital provider.
Cockrell is a Houston-based, family-owned investment firm with 70 years of investment experience in asset classes including private equity, agriculture, real estate, venture capital, public equities and credit.
