EQT Real Estate has acquired Blankenbaker Station Portfolio, a two-building, 390,000-square-foot industrial development in the coveted East submarket of Louisville, Ky., for $55.8 million.
The fully leased portfolio comprises two newly constructed class A distribution buildings located at 13101 and 13051 Plantside Drive within Blankenbaker Station, a premier mixed-use business park in eastern Louisville.
Building I encompasses 240,000 square feet and serves as Packsize International’s Innovation Center, featuring specialized manufacturing capabilities that includes two production lines supported by 3.3-ton cranes and high-quality office space. Building II spans 150,000 square feet and houses a state-of-the-art, sub-same-day delivery facility, one of only approximately 50 across North America.
