EQT Real Estate, a global real estate investment manager, has acquired the 100 percent leased Sarival Logistics Center industrial project in Litchfield Park (Glendale), Ariz. Totaling 1,156,860 square feet, the single-tenant building situated at 6390 North Sarival Ave., is fully leased to Logistics Plus, a worldwide provider of transportation, logistics and supply chain solutions.
The seller was a real estate investment management firm focused on acquiring, developing, managing and owning industrial properties across the United States. They developed the building on a speculative basis, completing construction in 2022.
