Energea, a global renewable-energy developer and operator managing four active investment portfolios, has appointed Peter Lenardos as CFO.
Lenardos will lead financial strategy across Energea’s management company, investment portfolios and operating entities, with responsibility for corporate finance, accounting, tax compliance, financial reporting, controls and capital markets initiatives.
“Peter combines public-company leadership, hands-on CFO experience, and a deep understanding of capital markets,” said Mike Silvestrini, co-founder and managing partner at Energea. “As Energea expands its investment platform, his immediate priorities will include strengthening financial reporting and controls, supporting disciplined capital allocation, and building the infrastructure to serve a broader investor base.”
