EDEN, Dermot plan downtown Miami luxury apartment

EDEN Multifamily is partnering with The Dermot Company to bring a class A, luxury rental residential tower to downtown Miami’s Park West district, according to various media outlets. The project is going through the design phase, but EDEN and Dermot plan to develop a 44-story, 430-unit high-rise.

The high-rise will offer studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, six penthouses, 9- to 12-foot ceilings, full-sized washers and dryers, stainless-steel appliances and much more. The community will offer co-working lounges, a rooftop lounge with ocean views, splash deck-resort-style pool with sundeck and cabanas, a workout area with yoga room, a pet park and spa and more.

The completion date has yet to be determined.
