DST fundraising in April declines from March highs

Fundraising for Delaware Statutory trust (DST) equity in April decreased by nearly 20 percent, according to data from Mountain Dell Consulting.

March saw a year-to-date high in fundraising of $843.1 million, and April totaled $675.2 million. Fundraising is on a strong trajectory overall, however, as $3 billion has been raised this year, marking a 27.4 percent increase from the same period in 2025, from $2.4 billion. DST sales are projected to reach $11 billion by the end of the year.

Ares Real Estate Exchange had $653.8 million in total equity raised, followed by Hines with $329.2 million and then by Blue Owl Real Estate Exchange with $299.9 million. Multifamily and industrial saw the greatest allocations, with multifamily receiving 31 percent and industrial holding 31 percent.
