The DSF Group has paid $134 million for the 419-unit Wheelhouse Apartments of Fair Oaks in Fairfax County, Va.
It was acquired in the fourth quarter, increasing the firm’s total assets acquired in the last quarter to $300 million. And it will be the latest Halstead product delivered to the Washington, D.C., MSA.
