Drawbridge Realty purchases two-story office campus

Drawbridge Realty has purchased a two-story office campus, totaling 253,720 square feet, located on 19.6 acres in Westlake Village, Calif. Located at 31303 Agoura Road, the campus is fully leased to Bank of America through 2031.

“We’re pleased to have acquired this fully occupied corporate campus in the prestigious Westlake Village location of Los Angeles County,” says Chris Elmendorf, senior vice president, investments at Drawbridge. “Bank of America has occupied this campus for over 15 years. The company’s current 11-year, triple-net lease, combined with the underlying value of the site’s 19.6 acres positioned adjacent to Highway 101 creates durable cash flow and long-term value for Drawbridge.”

Bank of America employs approximately 1,000 employees at 31303 Agoura Road. The campus is located in the heart of Westlake Village along the Ventura 101 Freeway and offers workers proximity to retail, dining, entertainment, and the surrounding communities of Wes
