Drawbridge Realty completes construction at 16707 Via Del Campo Court in San Diego

Drawbridge Realty announced the completion of 16707 Via Del Campo Court in Rancho Bernardo, Calif.

The three-story, class-A office/R&D property is the first speculative office building to be constructed in San Diego’s popular Rancho Bernardo market in more than a decade.

The three-story building has large, efficient floor plates with 15-foot floor-to-floor ceiling heights and expansive window lines to allow maximum natural light into workspaces. There is a large outdoor patio on the ground level and on the third floor, and surface parking for more than 300 vehicles.

Drawbridge began construction without pre-leasing in March 2022. Earlier this year, while the building was still under construction, Netherlands-based semiconductor manufacturer ASML agreed to lease two full floors (55,227 square feet) of the 80,720-square-foot building.
